1. Keto Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients Quantity/Amount
Sliced Celery 2 Stalks
Butter 4 oz.
Minced Garlic 2 Cloves
Dried Parsley 2 tsp.
Chicken Broth 8 Cups
Ground Black Pepper 1/4 tsp.
Dried Minced Onion 2 tbsp.
Carrot 1 Medium
Shredded Rotisserie Chicken 1/2
Stripped-Slice Green Cabbage 2 Cups
Salt 1 tsp.
Sliced Mushrooms 6 oz.


  • Initially, take a large pot for melting the butter.
  • Then combine together garlic, mushrooms, dried onion and celery into the pot. Allow cooking for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Next, put parsley, broth, carrot, pepper, and salt. Allow simmering until vegetable softens.
  • Then, put cabbage and chicken in it. Allow simmering for 8 to 12 more minutes to make the cabbage noodles tender.
  • Remove from heat and enjoy.

2. Keto Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Ingredients Quantity/Amount
Floret Cut Broccoli 4 Cups
Heavy Cream 1 Cup
Chicken Broth 3-1/2 Cup
Minced Garlic 4 Cloves
Cheddar Cheese 3 Cups


  • Firstly, heat a large pot over a moderate heat then put garlic in it for sautéing for about one minute.
  • Then, add chopped broccoli, heavy cream and chicken broth in it. Boil it over moderate to high heat. Subsequently, lower the heat and allow simmering for ten to twenty minutes. Soften the broccoli.
  • Alongside constant stirring, gradually add the shredded cheddar cheese. Keep on stirring until melted.
  • Put half a cup of cheese at a time, allow simmering and stir until complete melting. Repeat adding half cup until no cheese is left.
  • Ensure simmering at a very low heat for the prevention of seizing. Turn the heat off instantly as the cheese melts completely.

3. Keto Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients Quantity/Amount
Chopped Broccoli (separate the stalks and florets) 500g
Heavy Cream 150ml
Chicken/Vegetable Broth 500ml
Chopped Onion 50g
Garlic 10g
Butter 3 tbsp.
Olive Oil 1 tbsp.
Cheddar Cheese 100g
Cayenne Pepper
For Taste


  • Firstly, take a saucepan to heat olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter. Subsequent to the melting of butter, add the broccoli stalks and onion.
  • Brown them over medium heat and then put garlic in it. As the vegetables brown, add seasonings and allow cooking for 1 minute.
  • Now, it’s time to deglaze with vegetable or chicken. Then, put a lid over it and allow cooking for 5 minutes.
  • Subsequently, shift the cooked veggies to a blender and blend until you get a creamy and smooth soup.
    Note: Blend the veggies with some liquid in the blender.
  • Then, add 2 tbsp of butter in the same pan and heat it. Next, put florets of broccoli in it for frying.
  • After the appearance of nice color, add the blended mixture of soup with the help of a sieve into the pan. However, you don’t need to use sieve in case you want a chunkier soup.
  • Boil this mixture and allow simmering for a few minutes.
  • Next, combine together cheese and heavy cream and beat it well.
  • Keep cooking until the cheese melts completely. At this point, you can use an immersion blender for pureeing the florets.
  • There you go.

4. Keto Cream of Mushroom Soup:

Ingredients Quantity/Amount
Salted Grass-Fed Butter 4 tbsp.
Heavy Whipping Cream 2-1/2 Cups
Diced Baby Portobello Mushrooms 5 Cups
Diced  Medium Shallots 2
Mushroom Chicken Bone Borth 2 Cups
Softened Cream Cheese 4 oz.
Himalayan Salt 1/2 tsp.
Black Peppercorns 1/2 tsp.
Fresh Thyme 4 Sprigs
Cayenne Pepper
For Taste


  • First of all, melt down butter in a large pot over moderate to high heat.
  • Then, put diced Mushrooms and Shallots and sauté for around 10 minutes.
  • Afterward season with Fresh Thyme, Himalayan Salt and Black Pepper. To make aroma, stir for around 1 minute.
  • Next, put Cream Cheese, Heavy Whipping Cream and Mushroom Chicken Bone Broth in it.
  • Lower the heat and allow simmering for around 5 minutes.
  • The soup is ready.
    Note: You can enhance the thickness of this with the addition of Xanthan Gum if you want a thicker consistency.

5. Keto Vegetable Soup

Ingredients Quantity/Amount
Low Sodium Beef Stock/Chicken/Vegetable Stock 2 liters.
Beef Bouillon Powder 2 tsp.
Chopped Cabbage Leaves 4 Cups
Cauliflower Florets 10oz.
Fresh Green Beans 10oz.
Chopped Zucchini 2
Finely Chopped Garlic 6 Cloves
Peeled and Chopped Carrots 2 Medium Sized
Chopped Celery 1/2 Cup
Chopped Onions 2
Olive Oil 2 tbsp.
Fresh Lemon Juice 2 tsp.
Spinach Leaves 4 Cups
Chopped Fresh Parsley Leaves 1/4 Cup
Cayenne Pepper
For Taste


  • Take a large pan and heat the olive oil over moderate to low heat. Then, put celery, carrots, and onion in it. Let the veggies sauté for around 8 minutes.
  • Put garlic in it and keep on sautéing it until you get the aroma. It will take about 30 seconds. Afterward, add green beans and zucchini in it. By stirring occasionally, keep on cooking for 4 to 5 additional minutes.
  • Add the cabbage leaves and cauliflower in it. Then, put stock in it and allow simmering over moderate to high heat.
  • After simmering, season with cayenne and bouillon, pepper and salt.
  • Turn the heat to low, place a lid over it and keep on cooking until the veggies become tender. It will take about 20 minutes. Then, throw in the spinach leaves and thoroughly stir until flaccid.
  • Finally, turn the heat off and add lemon juice and parsley.

6. Keto Cauliflower Soup with Crumbled Pancetta:

Ingredients Quantity/Amount
Butter 4oz.
Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp.
Cream Cheese 7oz.
Cauliflower 15oz.
Vegetable Stock/Chicken Broth 4 Cups.
Butter for Frying 1 tbsp.
Diced Pancetta 7oz.
Pecans 3oz.
Paprika Powder
For Taste


  • Initially, melt butter in a pan. Then, sauté the pancetta and quarter inch bits of cauliflower in it. Then, add paprika powder and nuts in it. Keep this mixture aside for serving.
  • In the stock, bring the florets of cauliflower to a boil until tender. Put butter, cream cheese and mustard in it.
  • Then, blend this soup in an immersion blender as per your preferred consistency. The extended blending leads to a creamier soup. Add seasonings.
  • Pour the soup in a bowl and then atop the fried mixture of pancetta.

7. Keto-friendly Greek Lemon Chicken Soup:

Ingredients Quantity/Amount
Onion 1/2 Small
Zucchini Medium-Sized 3
Garlic 2 Cloves
Olive Oil 3 tbsp.
Chicken/Vegetable Stock 32oz.
Low-fat Sour Cream 2 tbsp.
Parmesan Cheese(Optional)

  • In a large pot, add zucchini, onion, garlic, and chicken broth. Bring it to a boil over moderate heat.
  • Reduce the heat, place a lid over the pot, and allow simmering until soft. It will take about twenty minutes.
  • Turn the heat off and shift this mixture to an immersion blender for pureeing. Then, put sour cream and again purée it to smooth.
  • Add seasonings and serve hot.

8. Keto-Friendly Thai Chicken Zoodle Soup

Ingredients Quantity/Amount
Chopped Onion 1/2
Spiralized Zucchini Medium-Sized 2
Minced Garlic 2 Cloves
Chopped Jalapeno 1
Chicken Bone Broth 6 Cups.
Green Curry Paste 1-1/2 tbsp.
Coconut Oil 1 tbsp.
Thinly Sliced Red Pepper 1
Eight Wedges of Lime 1
Thinly Sliced Chicken Breast/Thighs 1 Pound
Chopped Cilantro 1/2 Cup
Coconut Milk 15oz.
Fish Sauce 2 tbsp


  • Take a large pan and add coconut oil in it. Allow heating and simmering. Then, throw in onions and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  • Next, add jalapeno, garlic and curry paste, stir it for about 1 minute. Subsequently, add coconut milk and broth in it. Bring it to a boil. Turn the heat to low flame and add fish sauce, red pepper, and chicken. Allow simmering until the chicken is tender to cook. Then, add cilantro in it by stirring occasionally.
  • Ladle soup over soup bowls by dividing zoodles in the first place. The zoodles will become tender with the heat of the soup.
  • Serve with lime wedges.

9. Keto Creamy Garlic Chicken Soup

Ingredients Quantity/Amount
Butter 2 tbsp.
Cream Cheese 4 oz.
Shredded Chicken 2 Cups
Garlic Gusto Seasoning 14.5oz.
Heavy Cream 1/4 Cup

  • In a saucepan, melt butter over moderate heat.
  • Put shredded chicken in a pan with a coating of the melted butter.
  • Subsequently, throw in seasonings and cream cheese cubes.
  • Its time to add broth and heavy cream right after melting and even distribution of cheese. Allow boiling then turn the heat to slow.
  • Dish out and serve it.

10. Keto Thai Coconut Soup Recipe

Water 1/2 Small
Coconut Milk 14oz.

  • Take the basil leaves out of the soup and add cilantro.
